Cross

Spurs Cowboy Church
Ken and Sherry Barington were led into the cowboy church ministry in 2003. Ken is an ordained minister. He planted the seed of the Llano Cowboy Church in 2003 and pastored that church for 2 years. Ken planted the seed of the Buchanan Dam Cowboy Church in 2010 and is currently pastoring that church.
Ken is supported in this ministry by his wife, Sherry, and sons, Blake, Brad and Chad. Blake is currently enrolled at Texas State University. Brad, Carol and grandson, Justin live in Lufkin. Chad, Angie and grandchildren Zachary, Allison and Matt live on a ranch in Llano. Chad manages the ranch.
Sherry is ccurrently writing a Christian children's book. The book should be available in 2010.
As it is stated in our mission statement 2 Corinthians 4:1-2, it is by God's
mercy that we have been called to HIS ministry. It is an honor to serve Him! He is an awesome God.
It is an exciting time at Cross and Spurs. GOD has richly blessed us with growth. We are seeking HIS guidance and direction for land, building and arena. HE has a plan and we eagerly await HIS direction! We ask that you come in agreement with us in prayer for HIS plan to be revealed to us!
